Numeric identifiers

Input arguments of several routines and state variables are simple integers which identify objects in a sequence of objects of the same category. Examples are: instrument identifiers, CCD chip identifier, mode identifier, etc. Except for CCD chip identifiers (which start at 1) these numeric identifiers are counted starting from 0. Corresponding symbolic names are defined in the files caltypes.f90 and caloaldefs.f90.
