This meta task constructs livetime factors for EPIC pn scientific
observations and stores them in a CCD specific exposure extension.
Note: this description is currently outdated.
The task now only removes a couple of columns in the EXPOSUnn extensions
and reads in and analyses DLIMAP extensions (if present)
