CAL usage

1. CAL_setState for that CCD/node
2. CAL_getEffectiveArea to get the mirror vignetting, including the gratings absorption for MOS
3. CAL_getFilterTransmission to get the filter vignetting
4. CAL_getQuantumEfficiency to get the CCD vignetting
5. CAL_telCoordToCamCoord2, CAL_camCoord2ToCamCoord1 and CAL_camCoord1ToChipCoord to get RAWX, RAWY at the center of the field of view
6. CAL_camCoord2ToTelCoord and CAL_getMiscellaneousData (FOCAL_LENGTH) to convert DETX, DETY into angles
