This task makes the final EPIC summary source list. It reads the
emldetect source list and correlates, if applicable, the X-ray
sources with the sources in the OM source list.
Additionally, this tasks allows more emldetect source lists to be merged
into one summary list, and/or it correlates the summary source list
with source lists from the earlier stages of the EPIC detection pipeline.
