Corrected Right Ascension of the detection in degrees (J2000) after
statistical correlation of the emldetect coordinates,
RA_UNC and DEC_UNC, with the USNO B1.0 source
catalogue using the SAS task eposcorr. In case the
cross-correlation is determined to be unreliable no correction is
applied and this value is therefore the same as RA_UNC (cf. Sec. 3.1.3).
DEC (D) [deg]SAS task

Corrected Declination of the detection in degrees (J2000) after
statistical correlation of the emldetect coordinates,
